CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PVT_W Invalid After 11.5.10.2 Upgrade (Doc ID 459184.1)

Symptoms

"CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PVT_W" package body is invalid after 11.5.10.2 upgrade.

Manual compilation errors out as below:

Please see if other invalid are there from CS or CSI. If you find CS_WF_ACTIVITIES_PKG is also invalid, then according to RUP4 ATG documentation, the invalid package CS_WF_ACTIVITIES_PKG should be fixed with applying of <Patch 4619025>.
