Goal

Customer would like to create a Hold Source, based on an Item number. Basically, Item 219010 cannot be picked or shipped on a Standard Sales Order.
However they don't want the item to go on hold for RMA Orders.

Is that possble?

First of all create a new hold using the following steps:

Now open the Sales Order Form, then from menu Tools->Create Hold Source.
