Symptoms
When attempting to run the Cost Manager, the following error occurs:
CMCTCM module: Cost Manager
CST_CostProcValidation_PVT.Validate_Transactions: Error at stmt 40: ORA-01722: invalid number
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Management Super User > Request > Single Request > Cost Manager > Submit
