Purpose
This document offers a brief explanation of the JRIMETA.DAT file as used by Oracle Applications 11i.
The examples given within this document were run against a standard 11.5.10.2 (11i) installation of Oracle Applications using version 9.2.0.6 of the database.
Scope
The JRIMETA.DAT is accessed when patches applied using the adpatch utility update java class files in the $JAVA_TOP. Therefore this will be of interest to Oracle Application DBAs who encounter problems applying patches to their Oracle Applications 11i environment.
