After applying ATG RU5 the notification mailer has stopped processing mail
Workflow is processing messages slowly. It is about 8 hour delay.
There are several canceled notifications
WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue was re-createad and the notifications were processed for couple of hours. After that, the notifications were stuck in the same queue again.
ATG Rup5 was applied
