Receiving Notifications after Some Hours or Not Receiving Workflow Notifications after Applying ATG Rup5 or Rup6 (Doc ID 460004.1)

Symptoms

After applying ATG RU5 the notification mailer has stopped processing mail

Workflow is processing messages slowly. It is about 8 hour delay.

There are several canceled notifications

WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue was re-createad and the notifications were processed for couple of hours. After that, the notifications were stuck in the same queue again.

Changes

ATG Rup5 was applied
