iSupport: Opening Install Base Advanced Search Page Errors With "The user is currently not associated with any accounts" (Doc ID 460005.1)

A new iSupport Business User is created, approved and associated with a customer account.
When the user logs in through the jtflogin screen and chooses Quick Find / Installed Base, the customer's installed base is listed.

However, when user clicks "Personalize" button to open the Install Base Advanced Search page, the following error is presented:


"The user is currently not associated with any accounts. Please associate the user with an account before using Oracle Installed Base."
