This bulletin applies to the Void Magnetic Tape Payments process for the United States and Canada.
Purpose
The purpose of this bulletin is to:
- Confirm that the Void Magnetic Tape Payments process does not create a magnetic tape to be sent to the bank.
- Explain that you must contact your bank separately to request a manual reversal of the amount that you have voided
Scope
This bulletin is intended for:
- Oracle Support Consultants
- Payroll professionals who run the Void Magnetic Tape Payments process.
The information is applicable to Oracle HRMS Release 11i Family Pack K, and the later FP K RUP releases.
