-- Problem Statement:
Distribution didn't created for inventory material transactions in org_id 102. On another
organization (org_id 101) distribution successfully created.
The problem occurs in organization 102. Cost Manager is active.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto Inventory > Transactions > Material Transactions
2. The find window appears
3. Enter the query criteria.
4. Press Find.

-- Business Impact:
Accounting transactions not generated for org_id 102.
