Symptoms
When attempting to approve Requisitions by responding to the Requisition Approval Notification with Approve action, the notification displays an error and does not allow the user to approve the document. The following error is displayed:
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Requisition and forward it to the approver
2. When the approver tries to approve the requisition from the Notification Summary, the error occurs
