Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On R12 using E-Bus Taxation, when attempting to enter Order Line, the following error occurs:
Error: An unexpected error has occurred.
Please contact your System Administrator
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Sales Orders
3. Enter header information
4. Go to Lines Items tab
5. Enter ordered item and see error
