In Accounting Setup Manager Not Possible To Remove Legal Entity - Icon Is Not Displayed (Doc ID 460384.1)

Symptoms

Trying to delete legal entity from Accounting Setup screen:
   1. Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups
   2. Click on "Go"
   3. Click on "Update Accounting Options"
   4. In the "Legal Entities" region, "Remove Legal Entity" icon is not found.
