Posting of a journal entry with multiple (2) balancing segment values end with:

Error 16 - Unable to balance intercompany accounts

The journal entry has 2 lines: one with value 11 and one with value 51.
Both of these values are assigned to the Ledger.
A Legal Entity is assigned to the Ledger, but there are no balancing segment values assigned to the Legal Entity.
An Intracompany Balancing Rule, for Source: Other, Category: Other, with Debit and Credit Balancing Segment Value for 'All Other' is defined. The accounts defined in the rule are pre-defined and enabled.
