When Attempting to Extend Offer Duration, the New Expiry Date is Blank

Symptoms
Find when attempting to modify the Offer Details to extend the Expiration Date, the New Expiry Date is not editable to be changed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to enter new Date value in the New Expiry Date as intended.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Manager Responsibility > click on the Vacancies tab.
2. Search for vacancy.
3. Click on number of applicants.
4. Select applicant.
5. Create offer.
6. Enter offer details.
7. Click on continue.
8. Submit.
9. Click on the Candidates tab.
10. Search for the individual.
11. Click on the name (brown link).
12. Click on Offers.
13. View details.
14. Click on Action.
15. Select Send Offer.
16. Repeat steps 9 – 14.
23. Extend offer duration.
24. No option to enter a new expiry date.

Due to this issue, users cannot extend the Expiry Date for offers already created.
