Salary History Is Not Showing Up on the Salary Admin Page

Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
The salary changes (after applying) for employees/new hires do not show up in the detail section
(Salary History) of Salary Admin Page.
Customer can however see the same changes from the Salary History screen of Core HR form.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the salary history record.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Salary Web Interface by:
US Super HRMS Manager --> People --> Enter and Maintain --> Assignment --> Salary
2. Change the Salary by using "Add New Salary"
3. Apply the changes.
