Service: Identify Product Section Not Showing Tag Number LOV (Doc ID 460995.1)

Symptoms

During Service Request Creation, the Identify Problem page -> Identify Product section is not showing the Tag Number LOV when using the iSupport System Administrator responsibility. If the iSupport Business User responsibility is used, the Tag Number LOV appears as expected.

Steps To Reproduce:
- in the iSupport System Administrator Responsibility
- Home -> Support
- Create Service Request
- Select Request type
- The Identify Product Section does not contain the Tag Number LOV
