Goal

For Argentina and Colombia Globalization:
After enter an end date for a tax code,  the tax code is still listed on the Company Applicability TAx Code Details, and hence it will be listed on the Invoice Distribution Withholding Form.

This Tax code can be selected from the LOV and after validate or paid the invoice an error will be listed

APP-JL-62483 Withholding Calculation Error: The rate of the tax XXX  was not found.
