United States Address Style Is Missing from LOV after Install (Doc ID 461601.1)

Goal

How do we see 'United States' under address style and the relevant values for states, cities, counties and etc.

First time in R12 we are trying to do setups for HR....

Under Oracle form PERWSLOC,

Address Detail (Tab) - Address Style (field)

The default value is showing up as "United States (International)".

We don't find the value 'United States' there. In Previous versions it used to show up 'United States' and we used to see values for states, cities and etc.
