OTM Websphere Installation - When Clicking On "Finished", Record Does Not Save, Continues To Process (Doc ID 461786.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.03, Find that when the user clicks on Finished to save an Order Base, Order Release or a
Shipment, the action hangs with the Performing Action button greyed out but the page never recovers

Expect that the page changes to the save confirmation page

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create a new Order Base and click on finished
2. The finished button changes to Performing Action and the page never recovers
