FORM:ARXMACPC.FMB - Define Customer Profile Classes
After upgrade to R12, when attempting to open Customer Profile form in Order Management,
the following error occurs:
FRM-41014: ERROR "CANNOT SET ATTRIBUTE OF NULL CANVAS ITEM"
When opening the customer form in Accounts Receivables (AR), there is no error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: BPC-OM Administrator
2. Navigation path: Setups->Customers->Customer Profiles
