R12 Error: The IBY_XDO_DELIVERY_CFG_FILE Profile Option Is Not Set Or Is Invalid

After setting email remittance to e-mail, find that Send Separate Remittance Advices fails with the following error.

Exit: iby.scheduler.SRAAndPayerNotif.extractAndFormat()

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set remittance delivery for supplier to email.
2. Process payment.
3. Send Separate Remittance Advices starts but goes into error.
