Symptoms
When attempting to approve a PO (purchase order), the following error occurs:
Error:
Exception :023- An unexpected error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator.
Please correct the problem or contact your System Administrator.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create PO and Save. Get a tax calculation warning.
2. Click on Approve button.
3. Get above error message.
To further verify the issue, tax calculation error can also be seen in the accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable invoices. E-business tax log shows the following (Please use <Note 417238.1> for obtaining the e-business tax log):

PTP for HQ Establlishment: 1111
Error: Unable to get the hq_estb_party_tax_prof_id for legal_entity : 99
(Please note the numbers 1111 and 99 are just examples to display the symptoms of this issue, and this value may differ for each implementation)
