Running Rapidinstall on Operating System - Oracle Enterprise Linux 4 Update 4 x86

Fails at 40% on Command: $RDBMS ORACLE HOME/temp/<sid>_<host>/

An Oracle Dialogue box states:

RW-50004:Error code received when running external process.
Check log for details.
Running Database Install Driver for PROD instance.

The Rapidinstall logs show:

ORA-27102: out of memory
