Goal

Please read this note in conjunction with the following notes :-
<Note 283158.1> "Using OA Extensions to extend existing Apps 11i OA Framework pages (step by step)"
<Note 330236.1> "Configuring JDeveloper For Use With Oracle Applications 11i and R12"

INTRODUCTION

Some OA Framework pages are not easily launched from within the JDeveloper environment as they may depend on specific parameters being setup.  Self Service HR is one module which has this requirement so will be used as an example in this document.

This note provides step-by-step guide to demonstrate how to run such OAF pages through JDeveloper 9.0.3 for EBusiness 11i.   These steps will be similar for JDeveloper 10g for a Release 12 environment

Be aware these instructions do not attempt to follow best-practice, but instead lists the simplest mechanism to achieve the objective
