R12: Unable To See The AGIS Transaction From The Receiver In An IntraCompany Transaction (Doc ID 462131.1)

Symptoms

Setup has been performed for Intracompany.
The intracompany transaction has been created but when viewing it from the receiver and
sender side its status is Error. 

No error is received upon creation of the transaction. The status error is observed when
viewing the transaction. 

The error as seen from the Notifications window is:
Administrator Workflow > Notifications > Open Notifications:
Type: Intercompany Recipient Main Workflow
Subject: Outbound Batch1. Transaction 1 encountered errors deriving
Intercompany Accounts

Some details on the setup are below:
- AGIS setup Organization screen:
   2 intercompany orgs defined, SLVK Inter Org1 and Org2, they are associated with
   the same Legal Entity: SLVK and the same Operating Unit: SLVK Operating Unit
   and both are Active.
- Intracompany Balancing Rules: 
  Ledger: SLVK Ledger
  Status: Enabled
  Legal Entity: SLVK
