Goal
Need information about the transaction tables related to CRM and Email Server.
(i.e. Links between Service Request -> Interaction -> Activity)
(R) Customer Support
(N) Create Service Requests
- Query any SR created from E-Mail Center
- Click on Interactions tab -> Activity Grid
- Select an Activity line that has document column "View Email Here"
- When you click that link, it opens the source email.
