-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to create a service request, the following error occurs:
The Workflow administrator specified by the profile option Service: Workflow Administrator is no
longer a valid Workflow role. Please reset this profile option to a valid value.
The SR is created but the error is confusing for the end user and the notification is not sent.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service User> Service Request> Create Service Request
2. Complete all the necessary information.
3. Try to save and the error is presented.
4. after Ok the error message the SR is saved.
