Symptoms
On Expected Receipts form, the following error occurs when a Shipment Number is entered on the Receipt Header.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Purchasing Responsibility
2. Receiving -> Receipt
3. Query the transaction to receive
4. Click on the header form and enter the shipment number
5. Error: APP-PO-14052: Please enter a unique value
