Symptoms

Learner Manager Enrollments should require the approval processing to be carried out but does not.

Learner Self-Enrollment should Not require any approvals

1. (N) Oracle Learning Management Administrator > Catalog Administration:
Clicked on Course "Details" icon
Clicked on "Learner Access" link in upper left corner of page
Selected "Learner" from LOV in Local Access section
Clicked "Go" button
Enter"Learner", clicked "flashlight" icon
Clicked "Apply"

2. (N)Learner Self Service > Learner Home:
No indications in my "Announcements"
Click on "Requested Learning" link
No pending approval displayed
