DST 2007 Rule Changes for Indiana and New Zealand

Starting from 2007, the Day Light Saving Rules will be changing for the below places :
1. Five southwestern Indiana counties, will be switched back from the Central to Eastern Time Zone. The counties are Daviess, Dubois, Knox, Pike and Martin. Thus offset from GMT/UTC for these counties will be –5 hours instead of –6 hours.
2. New Zealand will be observing Day Light Saving time starting from last Sunday in September and ending on 1st Sunday in April the following year as opposed to starting on 1st Sunday in October and ending on 3rd Sunday in March the following year. Thus Daylight Savings in New Zealand will be extended by three weeks.
