The Service Contracts Main Billing program completes in a Warning. No rows are written to the AR interface tables.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Create a contract that has a modifier that is more than 30 characters long, or has a PO Number that is more than 50 characters long.
3. Approve and Sign the contract so it is Active.
4. Run the Service Contracts Main Billing program and check the log file
