After Converting to SSL Users Are Not Able To Open Saved WebADI Spreadsheets (Doc ID 463017.1)

Symptoms

After converting to SSL, On 11510.2 in Production, users are not able to open/upload saved Web ADI spreadsheets.
The following error occurs:

A Runtime Error has occurred.

1. Convert to SSL

2. Upload a pre-existing WEBADI template
