Error ORA-06512 "APPS.JDR_MDS_INTERNAL After Personalizing Dashboard (Doc ID 463131.1)

Symptoms

Find that after personalizing the dashboard agent screen of Service application, when accessing the Dashboard the system crash with below error.  When disabling the personalization (setting up "Disable Self Service Personalization" to YES) the issue is gone.

Error

oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/cs/csz/dashboard/webui/DashboardPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.
