Symptoms
Advanced Queue (AQ) operation affecting Oracle Applications table WF_DEFERRED is causing very high CPU utilization and AQ Time Manager Process (QMN0) was consuming too much CPU resources.
QMN performs FTS on WF_DEFERRED object which has > 4M rows
