Field Engineers Cannot See Their New Assigned Tasks After Synchronization

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Tasks newly assigned to laptop users do not display on their laptop after Synchronization. It is only possible to view the old/existing tasks.
Responsibility Field Service Manager
Navigation Field Service Dispatcher
1. Navigate to the Service Request form.
2. Create a SR, and Task (task type = DISPATCH).
3. Assign the task to a laptop user (Task status = Assigned, Assignment status = Assigned).
4. Synchronize the laptop.
5.Click on today on calendar.
Note that the task is not there.
