FORM:BOMFDRTG.FMB - Define Routing
Symptoms
Changing the Routing form to read only does not correctly handle all options.
OPTIONS TO UPDATE/SAVE
1. The Operation Description field still allows update.
2. The save functionality is also disabled. but when closing the window, it asks whether to save or not. Upon selecting yes, it does.
3. Also the attachments icon is disabled in the form.
Users cannot view attachments on Operation sequences.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
1. The Operation Description field should NOT be updatable.
2. Closing the window should not prompt to save.
3. The attachments icon should be enabled, but one should NOT be able to add attachments.
STEPS
1. Create a new function with QUERY_ONLY=YES.
2. Attach the function to the menu.
3. Login and choose the menu option.
4. The form seems to work fine.
5. Some options to update/save are still available.
