How to remove capability of creating "contact" level addresses in iStore? (Doc ID 463803.1)

Currently when a new address (for example, bill-to) is selected from list of values during checkout, iStore creates this address as a contact address in TCA (tied to relationship party_id of hz_party_sites table).

Need is not to allow creation of relationship addresses (party sites) in TCA, instead use company's address (party site corresponds to organization party).

From <Note 352987.1>, iStore allows creation of relationship party sites or/and company party sites. Note says "iStore allows users to create addresses, Party sites, for the customer/company such as an Organization party. In addition, addresses can be created for the contacts of the company, for parties of type party_relationship."

How to enforce iStore to use ONLY "company" party sites? and remove option of creating "relationship" party sites completely?
