Symptoms

On Release 12
When attempting to see the details of a case the following error occurs.
the following error occurs:

ERROR
"You have encountered an unexpected error . Please contact the system administrator for assistance"

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigation Path:

Case Worker
Agent Dashboard
Create Case (any Case Type)
Identify an Organization
Apply and Select
Create Case
Enter Case Details
Click Apply
Error on screen

"You have encountered an unexpected error . Please contact the system administrator for assistance"

Navigation Path:

Case Worker
Agent Dashboard
Created Case shows in list
Click on earlier created Case

>same error as before

"You have encountered an unexpected error . Please contact the system administrator for assistance"

Or
Party Search
Identify earlier used Organization
Created Case shows in list
Click on earlier created Case>same error as before

"You have encountered an unexpected error . Please contact the system administrator for assistance"
