Symptoms
When attempting to import DNB data, the following error occurs:

ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-04063: unable to open log file dnb.log
OS error No such file or directory

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
Navigation: Requests > Submit
Submit D&B Import Adapter, error is raised.
