Symptoms

1. The following error occurred when performing credit card authorization using Verisign :

    IBY_45000
    Internal Error to Payment Server: invalid arguments in call

2. The ipayment debug log file shows:


STATEMENT:[iby.exception.Log.debug.generic]:
getDBConnection() In the catch of SQLException : invalid arguments in call
invalid arguments in call
STATEMENT:[iby.exception.Log.debug.generic]:VeriSign - DAOExtendData.
getDataForPreTxn(String) Catch of SQLException : invalid arguments in call
invalid arguments in call
STATEMENT:[iby.exception.Log.debug.generic]: 
closeDBRst(ResultSet): Entered.

3. The Verisign log file file "ibyvpsserv.log" shows :

executeSelQry(String): Entered.
getDBConnection(): Entered.
