Converting Password From Uppercase Into Mixed Case (Doc ID 464448.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
Find that in forms, under User Security Define, the password is failling to convert from uppercase even though the "Signon Password Case" profile option is set to 'Sensitive'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect password case to be maintained and not converted.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to User Security Define
2. Enter a multi-case password
3. Attempt to login with the password.


Changes

Previously passwords were all in upper case.
The system profile "Signon Password Custom" is set.
