Order Base Templates Do Not Let Users Delete 1st Line In Multi-line Order (Doc ID 464613.1)

Symptoms

Construct an order template with multiple lines and use that template to submit an order release with only the wanted number of lines out of that total in the template by deleting the unwanted items. When attempting to delete the first line an error message is produced saying "Line Item is required".
