Goal

How to verify that the requested setup changes were in place when a new
testcase is performed when Big Select/Big Search is disabled for the price list.

The Big Search, or also known as the Big Select, is a method to instruct the
pricing engine whether or not to search for another price list other than the one entered
on the form (ie: sales order line, Pricing & Availability form, etc)  to retrieve the price for the item.

If it is disabled, only the price list provided on the form will be used to acquire the price.  If the item is not present on this price list
(ie: no price list line for the item/UOM or no record for ALL_ITEMS or no record for Item Category)
nor present on any secondary price lists assigned under this price list, then an error message is returned (ITEM xxx and UOM xxx are not found on PriceList xxx).

If it is enabled and the item on the sales order line is not present on the price list assigned to the sales order line
nor present on any secondary price lists assigned under this price list, then the pricing engine will do a big search for all price lists
to retrieve the price.  Only if no other price list with this item (nor ALL_ITEMS, nor item category) is available only
then will the error be shown (ITEM xxx and UOM xxx are not found on PriceList xxx).  If multiple price lists are returned for this item,
no matter what the setup shows, price lists always use precedence to determine which price list to return. If two or more price lists for this item
with the same precedence are found, this will also result in an error "(Duplicate Price List Lines ( i.e. equal precedence)" since the
pricing engine cannot determine which one to use.

How to determine if the Big Select is Enabled:
Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
Navigate to: Setup > Event Phases
Query event phase "List Line Base Price" having a sequence zero.
The user search flag was set to "Yes" for the pricing events 'Batch Processing', 'Enter Order Line' and/or 'Fetch List Price'.
