How to setup AME so that the same approver does not receive a notification twice if 2 AME rules have been setup and both rules require an approval from the same approver. 

E.g.
Multiple rules may point to the same approver(please refer to the screen shots for reference). For example, we have Mr. John Doe as the Tax Advisor as well as Financial Analyst. In this case, we would like to send one approval notification to John Doe only. However, in the approval screen, the user needs to see both AG_TAX_ADVISOR and AG_FINANCIAL_ANALYST rules for business and audit requirements.
