Why Does RFQ Numbering Increase By 1000 Each Day? (Doc ID 464875.1)

Goal

How does the numbering scheme work for RFQ's? Why does the sequence increment by only 1 within
each session, and increment by 1000 the next day?

EXAMPLE:

18-OCT-2007 AUCTION_HEADER_ID = DOCUMENT_NUMBER = 21001 and then 21002, 21003, 21004, etc
19-OCT-2007 AUCTION_HEADER_ID = DOCUMENT_NUMBER = 22001 and then 22003, 22003, 22004, etc
