Symptoms
When attempting to Test Authorization using iPayment Administrator User Interface and FDC as the payment system an error occurs.
ERROR
FIRST DATA NORTH ONLINE AUTHORIZATION FAILS: "TIME OUT - RESPONSE NOT RECEIVED"
The iby.log will show:
