Error when attempting to update ownership of a Customer Product (Installed Base) Instance.
Steps To Reproduce
- Responsibility: Oracle Installed Base User
- Navigation: Instance
- Query instance
- Go to the Owner page
- Select the new owner and update.
- Error page appears.
