R12: SLA for Assets Does Not Use the Combination Defined On the Category Screen

Symptoms
When using standard SLA rules, the accounts on the category form are generating in an undesired manner or failing to generate because the expectation was that these accounts were going to be pulled directly from the category form, as defined for each book. However, only the Natural Account segment comes from the category screen. The Balancing segment is derived from the asset distribution, and then all other segments come from the default combination on book controls.
