When publishing a report via Report Manager, the report displayed does not default to the report period it was originally run for. ie. If the report is run for Dec-06 initially it will default to this period. Then report is run for Apr-07 and it displays for this period. Next the report is run for Mar-07, when published, the report will display for Apr-07. The correct period can be chosen from the list of values and the report displays correctly once the correct period is chosen from the List of Values.
### Steps to Reproduce ###

Choose to Generic FSG template.
Once report is submitted choose to monitor request.
Once report is complete choose to view output.
Output is not for the period report was run for.

Report Displays correctly.
