ORA-20002: 3108: Root process could not be determined for item 'CREATEPO/###-##'.
There may be a problem with the item type selector function, or you may be required to supply a starting process name.


 Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enter a Requisition and approve.
2. Expect for the Createpo workflow to pick up the Requisition and create the Purchase Order automatically.
