Symptoms

Countries 'Serbia' and 'Montenegro' are not available in the LOV for Territory when defining new Jurisdictions in Legal Entity Application. The same are available in FND_TERRITORIES table.

Steps to Reproduce:
Legal Entity Configurator > Setup > Jurisdictions

Invoke LOV for Territory and there is no Serbia or Montenegro available here...
